GENERAL OBJETIVEFacilitate the qualification of leads and potential clients, assigned by the Assessment Leader or generated by the Assessment Representative, following established protocols to ensure the creation of high-quality sales opportunities and guarantee customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Initiate contact and build relationships with potential clients through cold calls and personalized emails, applying established qualification questions to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
2. Maintain and track the progress of assigned leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
3. Follow up with potential clients generated from various lead generation strategies, such as cold calls, email campaigns, and webinars, to cultivate new sales opportunities.
4. Conduct in-depth research on lead generation platforms to identify and qualify potential clients, expanding the pipeline of opportunities.
5. Implement and optimize cold email campaigns, as developed by the Assessment Leader, to effectively generate and nurture potential client relationships.
6. Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and complete to facilitate effective follow-up and relationship management.
7. Address and clarify technical questions related to solutions during the qualification process, consulting with the Solutions or Support teams when necessary to provide accurate information.
8. Collaborate with GB staff to coordinate efforts and provide support on tasks as needed, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Outbound Leads department by participating in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance performance.
10. Engage in ongoing research and product training to stay informed and up-to-date on all solutions offered by GB Advisors, ensuring knowledgeable client interactions.
11. Comply with and encourage compliance with rules and procedures established in the organization.
JOB PROFILE
EDUCATION LEVEL Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Modern Languages or related.
EXPERIENCE 2+ years of experience in similar roles in Remote Sales, Call Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Email Campaigns, Cold Calling (mandatory). Desired in Technological field.
ENGLISH LEVEL Advanced.
