Access Salud, C.A. acts as the essential link between patients and physicians, offering support to medical practices of all sizes to provide empathetic care to patients. From managing insurance authorizations for medication, tests, or procedures to overseeing special care for patients with chronic conditions, Access Salud enhances health outcomes and patient experiences while streamlining healthcare processes and reducing costs.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Call Center Supervisor (English/Spanish) at Access Salud, C.A. in Caracas. The Supervisor will be responsible for a group of people handling inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills, leading and motivating a team, and maintaining clear communication with the team, customers and the directive.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience supervising inbound call operations
- Supervisory Skills and Team Management
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Analytical Skills (Experience with Power BI, excel and smartsheet is highly valued).
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare or medical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
